Are You Getting It?

Are you are wondering if you are really getting the Law of Attraction, than ask youself these questions.

Am I converting the don't, not's and no's to what I do want? How do you remember? Do you have it on a post-it-note or possibly on your screen saver? At first when I needed to reset myself I put a post-it-note with " So, what do I want " on my bathroom mirror, on my refrigerator and on the dash of my car. Guess what we do when we drive our car? We are always thinking, and of course that is when the don't, not's and no's can come up without even realizing. We need to train ourself.

Also, the amount of time you observe "contrast". Do you observe contrast breifly? Do you recognize what happens when you observe it for along time, you attract it.
What's the degree in which you take accountability for what you have attracted? That is the "ability" to "account" for what's shown up whether negative or positive. "I know why that showed up in my life".

"Responsibility" your ability to respond to whatever happens to you. I have the ability to respond to this event whether negative or positive. So, what should you do when you come home from a disasterous date. Don't tell anybody! Do we usually tell negative stuff to more than one person? YES

Choose not to go there.

How to attract more abundance

Abundance is a feeling, and The Law of Attractions job is to do 2 things; MATCH VIBRATIONS

So if you are sending the feeling or vibration of abundance then the LOA will respond to what ever you are sending.

In many cases the feeling of abundance is not always related to money. There are many other ways where abundance is evident in your life.

Has anyone bought you lunch lately or maybe a coffee? How about some free transportation, or maybe you bought something on sale. Maybe there was some money left in the parking meter or someone helped you shovel snow or rake leaves.

To raise the vibration of abundace, observe the proof and start recording the evidence where you are already abundant. At the end of each day if you spend 10 minutes going over all your abundance for the day that is 10 minutes more than 0 minutes. The Law of Attractions job is to respond to the vibration you are sending and give you more of the same, it simply responds. So be deliberate and take notice and you'll start seeing more abundance showing up in your life.

When most people are offered to have their lunch paid for or given a gift of money they often respond " No that's okay" or "You don't have to do that" or "Oh no, I couldn't"... Just say THANK YOU and you will start to feel good about it. This in turn opens up your allowing for more money.

Managing Negative People

We all at some point have negative people around us. How do you know? You can tell by how you feel when you are with them. You are not matching.

Let's say on a scale of 1-100, you are pretty positive person and attract good things into your life, so we'll call you a 90 on this scale. Wouldn't it be great if everyone in our life was a 90? But sometimes we have a negative Betty around us and we'll call her a 30 on this scale. She complains all the time, doesn't like her job and complains about her co-workers. When you are around her the difference between her 30 and your 90 is the resistance you feel when you are with her. Resistance is a negative feeling or negative vibration. Can she pull you down to a 30? Yes! Can you pull her up to your 90? Usually not.

Your job is to mind your positive vibration.

In order to raise her vibration to match yours, simply everytime you catch her complaining about what she doesn't want and what's not working in her life,
ask, So, What DO you want? She will start giving attention to what she does want which will raise her vibration. If you do this each time you are around her you are managing your own vibration. She will either be more positive when she is around you or she will disapate from your life and find someone else to complain to. It's better to let negative people disapate from your life because they will contaminate you.

Remember, people will treat you the way you allow them to.

Why your Affirmations May not be working

For those of you that are using affirmations and they are working for you, keep doing it!

What is an affirmation?
It is a positive statement in the present tense.

The key to making your affirmation work is to make it true for you.

People use affirmations to give attention to their desire. If I say: "I have 10 well paying happy clients," and I don't, and I only have 4, then a little voice says: "that's not true," which sends a negative vibration.

Law of Attraction responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think. It doesn't feel any better even if you say it 100 times. The words have to be congruent to the feelings.

How come some peoples affirmations work for them? If you say I love my neighbours, and it feels true to you, then it matches and it feels good.... which will send a positve vibration.

Next time you use an affirmation use your indicator [feelings] to see how it feels. If it feels good use it and if doesn't correct it.

Correction: I'm in the process of having 10 well paying, happy clients. Only you can tell how it feels. It feels better because it's true. If it's not true it doesn't feel good.

Examples: I have ideal health.
I am finacialy free.
Correction: I'm in the process of attracting ideal health.
I 'm in the process of becoming finacialy free.

Remember, the Law of Attractions job is to match your vibration whether positve or negative, it simply responds to what you are sending.

What's In Your Current Vibration?

We need to be more aware of what we are giving attention to, because if you observe or talk about something negative or talk about something that you do not like the Law of Attraction is always checking and matching and giving you more of the same.

Sometimes we will tell a story about someone else's negative stuff over and over again to many people and we think because it's not our stuff we are not including it in to our current vibration or our vibrational bubble. Guess what, the Law of Attraction doesn't know the difference between whether we want it or not, whether it's good for us or not, it simply responds to what we give attention, energy and focus to, whether negative or positive.

Everything is included that we give attention to. We have about 60,000 thoughts a day and it would be impossible to manage all of those thoughts, but through awareness of paying attention to your don't, nots, and no's, you can reduce the amount of complaining, blaming, justifying, and defending which come from using these negative words.

We have so many positive feelings that we can tap into any time. We can take time to appreciate anything. It's the feeling that's attached to your appreciation that is important. Appreciation and gratitude help you offer strong, positive vibrations.

Remember: pay attention to the good stuff in a story and keep the negative stuff brief!

ALLOWING: The Most Important Part of Law of Attraction

3 Step Formula
  1. Decide what you want

  2. Give it attention,energy and focus

  3. Allow it


We often ask: What is taking so long?

Something is blocking it's delivery, which is what we call DOUBT. Doubt will cancel out our desires. To help remove doubt you must find proof that you are starting to manifest your desires.

  1. Celebrate the proof; notice what shows up and celebrate

  2. Record the evidence; be a good score keeper

  3. Appreciation and gratitude help you send out strong positive vibrations

  4. Use phrases like I'm in the process of... I've decided... Lots can happen...


The results you are getting are the feedback of what you are attracting. Send a vibration of the way you want it to be. As you find proof you widdle away the doubt as you manifest your desire.

Do you have to remove all the doubt? No!

You will still manifest your desires; you see the speed that the Law of Attraction will manifest your desires is in direct proportion to how much you allow.

Your homework: Celebrate things that manifest and in that very moment you are giving attention, energy and focus to what you desire and the Law of Attractions job is to give you more of the same.

Teaching Children Law of Attraction

When teaching children the Law of Attraction, it's important to be on the same level as your kids. For example: using words like "vibration" or "manifestation" will go over their heads. You want to use words they understand.

I find by teaching them about "vibes" is the best way to get started. You can explain to them about a "negative vibe" by using an example of being bullied at school or going to a bad neighborhood that feels scary. You can describe a positive vibe as going to a birthday party or winning a baseball game as a "positive feeling" or "positive vibe".

Once they understand there are 2 different feelings or vibes, of course they all want to feel good, so you can teach them how to tap into good feelings or vibes. The first thing I like to do is teach them about gratitude and appreciation. Letting them know what you appreciate and why you are grateful for all the things you have in your life can start them in the right direction.

I was coaching a mom of a 10 year old and she started letting her son know how much she appreciated the many things that he was doing. Then, she got a phone call from his teacher saying: "What have you done different with your son? He is getting along better with all the other kids and in general seems much more positive."

So, if you want to see a better result with your children let them know why you appreciate them!

Appreciation and gratitude are two very strong positive feelings and the Law of Attractions job is to MATCH VIBRATIONS. Start being more deliberate in offering the vibration of appreciation and gratitude.

Mentorship





Everyone will always remember who introduced them to the Law of Attraction. After reading Micheal Losier's book and learning the principles and the application of the 3 step formula to deliberate attraction, I new I wanted to train the way he teaches.

After training on line with Micheal last year and meeting him twice in Toronto, I was able to teach the LOA to hundreds of people across the Niagara area, including the Niagara Health System, Salons and spas, Real estate, travel agencies, church groups, chiropractors, and even children and teenagers. Then, I decided to take Micheal's certified facilitator training in Vancouver and trained with people from all around the world.

Since practicing the LOA for the past few years, doors are continually opening. It's all about being deliberate, that's why Micheal calls it deliberate attraction.

Special thanks to Micheal. Without his training, mentoring and true understanding of the Law of Attraction, my path to teaching as many people as I can would not be possible.

Gratitude and Appreciation

Any form of appreciation and gratitude will change your vibration. They are both strong positive feelings . We can generate those vibrations on purpose, just by being deliberate. An act of appreciation will increase the positive energy.

I'll look around my environment and notice things I enjoy, and ask myself, why do I appreciate this, how does it make me feel and why is it useful. I can create feelings of appreciation deliberately instead of taking things for granted.

Every day when you wake up, ask yourself, why am I grateful today? Make a list of 5 things you are grateful for right now. It doesn't have to be something huge, you can be grateful that you have gas in your car today. It's all about the feeling. You can only feel good when you are sending feelings of gratitude.

Life is about feeling good, experiencing joy and happiness and the good news is we can deliberately change the way we feel, remembering the Law of Attraction responds to the vibration you are sending and gives you more of the same.

Most People Are Victims of the Lack of Awareness of the Law of Attraction

Law of Attraction has one job: to match vibrations. If you are sending a negative vibration or feeling LOA matches it. And, if you send a positive vibration or feeling LOA matches it too.

Law of Attraction responds to whatever vibration you are sending by giving you more of it, whether it's negative or positive. It simply responds to your vibration.

To know whether you are sending out a positive or negative vibration, simply take a look at the results you're getting in that area of your life. They are a perfect reflection of what you are vibrating. Negative results come from the words we use.

You see:

words + thoughts = our feelings or vibrations = our results


There are 3 negative words we use every day about 150 times before noon. They are: don't, not and no. We use these words when we complain about negative stuff in our life.

Do people tell more than one person negative things? Yes! And while they are complaining LOA is eavesdropping on their conversation and gives them more of the same!

When you hear yourself saying don't, not and no ask yourself: "so, what do I want?" When you go from what you don't want, the words change, and when the words change the vibration changes.

Remember, Law of Attraction is working whether you know it or not, so be deliberate and reset your words, simply by saying: So, What do I want?
